HOPE Care Center of Kansas City, MO  816-523-3988 The Hope Care Center is a small non-profit skilled nursing facility providing care to HIV-positive residents (18 yrs+). The facility doesn't treat HIV & AIDS like a terminal disease - and features a trained staff of medical professionals that has years of experience. Hope is more like home than an institution! More individual attention, smiles, and much more hope. Our primary goal? Help residents return to independent living.
